These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the Camilla Davi website. By accessing the site and placing an order, the user fully accepts the conditions set out below. The company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time; changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.

Products offered for sale on the website are also available at the company's operational premises. All prices shown on the website include VAT and may be subject to change over time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

Products may not always be available. In the event of stock depletion, the company undertakes to promptly notify the customer and to offer alternative solutions or a refund of any amount already paid.

There are no minimum or maximum purchase limits.

4. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages - Age Restriction

Under applicable Italian law, the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to persons under the age of 18. By completing an order containing wine or other alcoholic products, the purchaser declares that they are 18 years of age or older. The company reserves the right to cancel any order should it emerge that the purchaser is a minor.

Sales through this website are restricted exclusively to Italian territory.

5. Order Process and Contract Formation

An order is considered concluded when the purchaser receives an order confirmation by email. The company reserves the right to decline orders in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, or irregularities in the order.

6. Payments

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order and is accepted exclusively through electronic payment methods, processed via the Stripe platform. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

Stripe may apply additional fees depending on the payment method selected; such costs are indicated at checkout.

Payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its own security standards. The company does not store customers' credit or debit card details.

7. Shipping

Shipping is available exclusively within Italian territory. After an order is placed, the customer will be contacted by the company to arrange shipping details and timing; delivery will take place within a few working days of confirmation.

• Free shipping for deliveries within the province of Forlì-Cesena

7.2 Courier and Tracking

The courier used for delivery may vary depending on availability and destination. Shipment tracking is not currently available.

7.3 Delivery Delays

In the event of a delivery delay, the customer may contact the company at info@camilladavi.com. The company cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure events.

8. Delivery

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the handling of the parcel (re-delivery attempts, storage, return to sender) is governed by the courier's own operational procedures.

Any storage fees, re-shipping costs, or additional delivery attempts following a failed first delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Returns and Refunds

As the products sold are food and agricultural products, the right of withdrawal provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or received in a non-intact condition.

The company accepts return requests exclusively in the following cases:

• Product received damaged
• Defective product or product not matching the order
• Unsealed product or product with compromised packaging

9.1 Return Procedure

The customer must send a return request to info@camilladavi.com within 15 days of the delivery date, including photographic evidence of the defect or damage. The company will assess the request and, if accepted, will provide instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs are covered by the company for accepted returns.

9.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the acceptance of the return request, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

10. Product Storage

The food products sold through this website, such as oil and wine, are not subject to rapid deterioration if stored correctly. Wine should be stored in a cool place, away from heat sources and direct light. No special storage conditions are required for oil beyond those indicated on the label.

In the event of receiving a damaged bottle, the customer is invited to contact the company by email at info@camilladavi.com, attaching photographic documentation of the damage.

11. Invoicing

Invoices are not issued automatically. Customers who require an invoice must make an explicit request at the time of ordering or via email.

• Business or professional purchases: full tax details must be provided (company name, VAT number, tax code, billing address) at the time of ordering or via email.
• Private purchases: to issue a fiscal document, the customer must provide first name, last name, place of residence, and tax code.

12. Limitation of Liability

The company assumes no responsibility for improper use of purchased products. All product information (composition, characteristics, storage methods) is provided in the product descriptions and/or on the labels.

The company is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website, service interruptions, or unauthorised third-party access, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
